Ketamine IV Therapy

Are you looking for a more-balanced, improved quality of life? Advanced Individualized Medicine of Naples proudly uses Ketamine IV therapy as a groundbreaking treatment option. Ketamine has been utilized for over 50 years as an anesthesia option. It is only recently that the therapy is finding cutting-edge uses in the treatment of depression, PTSD, mood irregularities, chronic pain syndromes, and substance abuse dependency. Ketamine’s impact on specific receptors makes it totally unique and most importantly, these effects are non-addictive.

Ketamine IV treatments, in partnership with ongoing therapy to manage anxiety, can help clients lessen the impact of debilitating stress and fear, encouraging a more satisfactory and productive lifestyle. Ketamine therapy used in the treatment of PTSD can allow a client to balance past trauma and their present state of being by uncoupling those past memories from their current physiologic responses. Ketamine can also act directly on the NMDA receptor, which no other medication directly targets. This can diminish and shorten the pain experience for specific patients. Ketamine IV therapy can limit or eliminate the physical craving for alcohol or illicit substances. Ketamine IV therapy provides exciting options for a better quality of life.

Benefits of Ketamine IV Therapy:

  • Diminishes Impact of many Psychological Disorders.
  • Decreases Need for Narcotic Painkillers.
  • Alternative for many Traditional Treatments.
  • Fast-Acting Treatment for Multiple Conditions.
  • Safe Treatment Alternative.
  • Dependent on Usage, Low-Risk of Side Effects.

Nick's Recovery Story

What is Ketamine IV Therapy?

Ketamine IV therapies have been shown to significantly diminish, if not completely relieve suicidal impulses, major depressive episodes, severe acute, and chronic pain, elevated anxiety/PTSD symptoms, and substance abuse dependency. In particular, this therapy offers hope for patients who suffer from treatment-resistant forms of these disorders. Ketamine IV therapy has shown positive results for many psychological conditions, that said, it’s not for everybody. So it’s very important to talk to our staff about all aspects of Ketamine IV therapy, including side effects and contraindications for use.
